Organic Raw Maca Powder




So this is my latest investment - I acctually went to Just Green on Graham Street to get some multivitamines since I have been so tiered lately. After a chat with the staff I came out with Maca powder instead. The Maca root gas been used as a stress-fighting adaptigen to increase stamina and combat fatigue. Maca is a nutrient-dense whole food packed with vitamines, plant sterols as well as many essential mierals, fatty and amino acids (all according to the package).



Well this sounds perfect! I am not the biggest fan of the taste (only just tried in my morning smoothie today....) but will hopefully get better along with vital results.

    What did you find were the effects of Maca powder?

    I'm glad I stumbled across your blog on Google - I just moved to Hong Kong and am trying to figure out where to get the organic and natural food products that I get at home. Any advice would be much appreciated!

    Hi Sally and thank you so much for commenting! Oh how lovely that you are moving to HK! I just came back to Europe after more than 6 month in HK and I just loved it. I hope you will have the time of your life too!

    To be honest. I bought that crazy expensive Maca powder and havnt used it the whole summer. I reeeeally didnt like the taste. But thanks for remining me, I should def. finish the bag!

    My favorite healthy HK places are listed here on the right under Hong Kong favorites. Life Cafe in Soho, green shop on graham street and the I Detox center on Whynham street (Anita who owns it is abolutely lovely and knowledgeable, ask her for recommendations!)
